Version of 14 October 2026
These terms govern the use of Crowdmail, the crowdmail.app service provided by Ivert S.r.l. By creating an account you accept them. The acceptable use rules apply to every group and every message sent with Crowdmail.
Crowdmail receives the messages you write to a group address and forwards them to the contacts of the group, through your own mail server or through the Crowdmail sender. Each plan has limits on groups, contacts and features shown in the application.
Give true details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what is sent with your account, also by the people you allow to write to your groups.
You may add to a group only people who agreed to receive your messages or with whom you have a relationship that allows it by law. For the data of your contacts you are the controller and Ivert S.r.l. acts as processor, only to provide you the service. People who unsubscribe receive no more messages from the group and must not be added back.
With Crowdmail you may not send, and a group may not be dedicated to:
The Crowdmail sender is meant to try the service and has a daily message limit; for regular sending use your own mail server. On the Free plan messages end with a short reference to Crowdmail.
We may block a message, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, that receives many spam reports or bounces, or that puts the reputation of our servers at risk. When possible we warn you first; in serious cases we act at once.
Your messages stay yours and you are responsible for them. Crowdmail does not review them before sending, but may examine them when it receives a report.
We do our best to keep the service running and messages delivered, but delivery also depends on the receiving servers. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect damages or for a message not being delivered.
How we handle the data of the site and which cookies we use is explained in the cookie policy. Cookie policy
We may update these terms. Important changes are announced by email before they take effect.
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the courts of the place where you live remain competent.
